## Long description

The Electro Base corrugated conduit with a 20mm diameter is a professional-grade solution designed for the secure routing and protection of electrical cables in outdoor environments. Constructed from high-quality, UV-resistant material, this black conduit ensures long-term durability against harsh weather conditions and sunlight exposure. It features a compression strength of 750N, providing robust mechanical protection for wiring systems, and comes equipped with an integrated pull wire to facilitate quick and efficient cable installation.
Advantages
This conduit offers exceptional resistance to environmental factors, making it a reliable choice for external infrastructure. The UV-stabilized composition prevents the material from becoming brittle or degrading when exposed to direct sunlight over extended periods. Its 750N compression rating ensures that the internal wiring remains protected from external pressure and minor impacts. Furthermore, the inclusion of a pre-installed pull wire significantly reduces labor time during the cable pulling process, allowing for smooth and hassle-free routing through the conduit.
Suitable for
Outdoor electrical installations
Protecting wiring on building facades
Infrastructure and garden lighting projects
Routing cables through walls or conduits
This conduit may not be suitable for applications requiring high-temperature resistance or environments involving exposure to aggressive chemicals. It is not intended for direct burial in areas subject to heavy vehicular traffic or extreme mechanical loads exceeding its 750N rating.
Key specifications
Diameter: 20mm
Compression strength: 750N
Material: UV-resistant plastic
Color: Black
Features: Integrated pull wire
To use the conduit, measure the required length and cut it accordingly. Feed the electrical cables through the conduit by attaching them to the integrated pull wire and drawing them through the pipe. Ensure that the conduit is properly secured using compatible clips or mounting hardware to prevent sagging or movement. Avoid sharp bends that could impede the cable installation process.
What to consider before purchase
Check the required diameter for your specific cable bundle
Ensure the 750N compression rating meets your installation requirements
Verify compatibility with your existing mounting clips or junction boxes
For optimal performance and longevity, ensure that all entry points and connections are properly sealed against moisture ingress. Avoid installing the conduit in areas where it may be subjected to temperatures exceeding the manufacturer's specified operating range.
