Motex MTX-05F PLUS FINE Fine Needle for Textile Tagging Gun

The Motex MTX-05F PLUS FINE Fine Needle for Textile Tagging Gun is an essential replacement accessory engineered specifically for the Motex MTX-05F PLUS FINE textile tagging gun model. This precision tool is designed to facilitate smooth and effortless fabric penetration, allowing users to securely attach price tags, brand labels, and barcode tags to various garments without causing runs, holes, or damage to delicate materials. It serves as a reliable component for daily retail operations and manufacturing environments where fabric preservation is critical.

Advantages

Using this original fine replacement needle ensures optimal compatibility with your textile tagging equipment, minimizing the risk of jamming or misfires during high-volume labeling tasks. The ultra-fine diameter is specifically crafted to slide easily between tightly woven threads, making it exceptionally gentle on sensitive fabrics while still providing a secure hold for standard plastic fasteners and micro-fasteners. Regular replacement of worn needles maintains consistent operational efficiency and protects inventory from unnecessary fabric damage.

Suitable for

• Attaching price tags to silk, satin, and other delicate apparel items
• Labeling lightweight summer clothing, lingerie, and activewear in retail stores
• Garment tagging in manufacturing facilities and tailoring workshops
• Securing brand tags and care labels without leaving visible puncture marks

When it may not be suitable

This fine needle is not designed for use with standard or heavy-duty tagging guns, as it requires specific fine-type fastening attachments. Attempting to use standard fasteners with this fine needle may result in tool jams or component damage. Additionally, it is not recommended for very thick, dense, or heavy materials such as thick denim, leather, canvas, or heavy upholstery, where a standard or heavy-duty needle would be required.
