• Capacity: makes up to six espresso-style cups
• Design: stovetop moka pot with water chamber and filter basket
• Compatibility: suitable for gas and electric hobs

How to use

Fill the lower water chamber to just below the safety valve, insert the filter basket and add ground coffee without pressing it down. Screw the top and base together firmly, place the moka pot on a medium heat setting and wait until coffee flows into the upper chamber. Remove from heat once the pour is steady or finished, allow a short cool-down and pour into cups. Disassemble and rinse all parts with warm water after each use; avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the painted finish.

Usage recommendations

Use a medium-fine grind intended for moka pots, avoid very fine espresso grind or very coarse filter grind. Preheat the water to reduce brewing time and prevent overheating the cookware. Clean by hand and dry thoroughly before storage to maintain the painted aluminium surface and internal parts.
